Fran is the friendly face who welcomes members to ONE|DZ and keeps the gym running smoothly day to day. As part of the reception team, she makes sure everyone feels supported from the moment they walk through the door, whether that’s booking sessions, answering questions, or simply creating a positive first impression.

Away from the gym, Fran is a talented dancer with a passion for performance. She competes regularly and brings the same energy, discipline, and creativity from dance into her role at ONE|DZ.

Young, approachable, and full of enthusiasm, she helps set the upbeat tone of the gym.
