Luke Ellis
Luke Ellis is a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years of experience in performance coaching and rehabilitation. At ONE|DZ, he supports athletes and members with tailored programmes designed to improve strength, recovery, and long-term performance.
Luke has worked with rugby teams, international athletes, and the University of Nottingham, building a proven track record in both rehab and performance development.
His coaching combines expert assessment with structured training, ensuring clients get the tools they need to achieve their goals. Outside of the gym, he enjoys cycling, coffee, and spending time with his two daughters.
